About me
I’m Ana, a fun! conceptual! collaborative! creative worker and technician currently living in London. I consider myself an “idea person” and a ~proper generalist~ with experience working on all sorts of creative teams. I consistently find myself in roles that allow me to wear many hats and encourage experimentation. I am happiest when collaborating with other creatives and developing rich stories that make you feel some feels. The creative magic of surprise only happens when there is truly room to play.

MA Contemporary Photography; Practices and PhilosophyCSM (University of The Arts, London)
     - London, United Kingdom
During these two years, I was encouraged to re-assess what photography really is and how I can expand my practice. My aim was to find the tools to locate my place in the contemporary art scene. During the course, I was able to nurture my practice by working with reference to a number of disciplines, including performance, installation, new media, and site-specific work. I was able to explore the philosophy of the visual image as a melting pot of political, aesthetic, and social concepts. In my view, photography is plural and transdisciplinary global language, which I was able to explore through theory and art-making. The course provided me with the tools to work in the fields related to artistic production and the extended creative industries.
