The office assistant’s role is the beginning of the agent training process. The role is to ensure the smooth running of the office while attending training sessions and learning about the entertainment industry.
• Covering Agent Assistant’s desk when they are absent
• Ad hoc research and projects as they arise and running errands for staff as required
• Supporting agent assistants with an overflow of work
• Organising travel for visiting agents and providing information when required
• Diary management and overseeing room bookings
• Covering all reception calls and filtering to the agent’s office and greeting guests and providing refreshments
• Managing kitchen stock and fruit deliveries, overseeing kitchen tidiness
• Sorting and franking outgoing mail and distributing incoming post including international packages
• Assisting the Office Manager with planning and managing staff events
