For more than two decades I have connected imaginative people with excited audiences.
As a consultant and coach I develop the confidence, skills and accessibility of the arts and third sector.
My work has seen me diving into a range of project from sold-out comedy festivals to organising silent discos in libraries. More recently I have been supporting performers, designers and composers to achieve their creative goals.
Projects
- Creative Support Mentor (Disability Arts Online)In Autumn 2022 I joined the DAO team to support the creativity of their influencer Deen Hallissey. As part of the Transforming Leadership project Deen was brought in to create content and add his voice to Disability Arts Online's editorial team. My role sees me supporting Deen to plan, develop, edit and share his ideas via the DAO site and social media. These include animation, opinion pieces, and interviews.
- Access Support Worker (Graeae - Coventry)Access Support Worker for Graeae Theatre Company During rehearsals for writer Michael Southan’s debut play Kerbs I offered access support to him and director Nickie Miles-Wildin. This included note-taking in meetings and rehearsals, assisting with refreshments in break times, moving rehearsal props, furniture and costumes and supporting to manage workload and the daily schedule.
- Artist Support - John KellyThis project spans over 3 years and incorporates a successful Arts Council application (which I led on), John's album release campaign and a successful launch event at the Southbank Centre. As part of his 'A-Team' I planned and implemented online campaigns, built John's social media presence and activity, alongside work on comms, press and PR work.
