Worked closely with Employer Branding Marketing Strategists and managed a Creative team, playing a key part in delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns that bring employer brand values to life for Deloitte UK. Main responsibilities • Offered insightful consultancy on employer branding, including improving clients’ social media presence by developing social media strategies (both organic and paid). • Managed weekly and monthly important client meetings and plan strategic next actions for efficiently working together on a long term with Deloitte UK • Managed teams of 5 copywriters and designers to deliver high-quality work for prestigious UK universities (University of Nottingham) and international companies (Teach First, Deloitte UK) • Designed and co-hosted social media masterclasses to up-sell SMRS digital services • Measured success of the social and Search activity and produced insightful reports for my various clients. Therefore, I have worked in Falcon, Rival IQ, Google Ads Manager, Facebook and Twitter Ads Manager to implement and report on activity. • Researched the best digital tools to be used and acquire them for improving digital work in SMRS and planned client budgets of up to £150,000.
