As the Director of Creative and Brand reporting to the CEO, I organised and oversaw all visual communications, tone of voice, and content for the Remy Sleep and Doze Drinks brands. This includes all assets within the customer journey, from acquisition and retention to various campaigns and future product launches. As the Lead UX Content Designer reporting to the Head of Product Design, I lead the development and execution of Curve's UX content and strategy in partnership with design leads and junior content designers. Bringing together stunning visuals that are functional and customer-centric while on-brand, I collaborate with many parts of the business to ensure that the Curve app and other UX touch points are the best products they can be. • Driving high content standards, proofing, steering and critiquing more junior content designers work. • Mentoring and developing the skills of more junior members of the team • Designing, writing, editing, and working with the research team to test and improve content to make the app and other UX touch points easy to use. This includes crafting supporting content for product flows, native interface language, education materials, product names, navigational nomenclature, terminology, taxonomies and other content across Curve's products and experiences. • Working with the Head of Product Design and design leads on an operating model and approach for how to deliver, manage and support product teams with content. • Developing and implementing a content delivery processes to stakeholders to ensure prompt delivery with high standards • Giving and soliciting feedback to/from product designers in service of building the best products. • Collaborating daily with peers in every discipline, including engineering, design, research, and brand, to take products from conception to launch. • Managing the brand relationship between Digital product design and the brand team, ensuring a consistent BVI in-app and a consistent TOV to our customers. • Influence product decisions, team direction, and strategy with sound judgement. • Independently and proactively identify and work on projects that span multiple teams.
