Western Europe and Latin America, and finally to Account Manager in charge of Spain in one year more.

• Developing and maintains trust, cooperation and respect amongst all agents, with focus on agents
delivering high sales volumes or those with good potential to grow.
• Managing relationships on a day to day basis with key agents, including sales trips and visits to agent
offices, on-going training for new counsellors, training on new services and locations as needed, delivered
online, by phone or in person.

• Editing and post-production through Adobe Premier.
Key achievements:
• The travel programme grew to be the most watched show in the channel, increasing the number of shows
per season.
• I managed to minimise the costs of the program by 50% and doubled the number of potential candidates
for the show through social media advertising.
