With previous experience working for UK based brands such as The Lost & Found, Revere Pub Company, Pitcher & Piano, Miller & Carter, All Bar One, Vintage Inns and Premium Country Pubs. With two degrees in marketing, one specialising in digital and eight years experience within the hospitality industry I’m passionate about creating and growing brands and experiences that are loved by customers. Responsible for the end-to-end branding and marketing for all sites and includes: - Brand creation, roll out and on-going innovative building of award winning successful brands; The Lost & Found and Foundry Project. - Digital marketing strategy and implementation, new websites for each site, online bookings for tables and rooms and social media. (Reslynx, booking.com, laterooms.com). - Food and drinks menu development, looking at market and industry trends and consumer insight to ensure stocking policies are refreshed, pricing is in line with competitors, that our offer is on trend and then delivered in sites to customers to the correct spec. - PR management for new site openings, day-to-day offers, local events and national Revere brand building. - Building sites that deliver customer satisfaction, increased profit and longevity of offer through product, branding and communications innovation. - Delivery of the annual brand and marketing plans to drive footfall and sales through creative communication and promotional activity.
