About me
I love talking to users, hearing (and seeing) how they interact with technology, then working to balance their needs with those of the business. Using my understanding of psychology, previous research experience and new found design skills, I want to help build solutions that delight users.
I'm currently transitioning into the world of User Experience Design after recently finishing the User Experience Design Immersive course at General Assembly. From my previous career I bring a wealth of experience doing research and analysis, conducting interviews and building profiles, as well as client management and pitching ideas.
