Social media strategy: I am responsible for the creation and implementation of social media campaigns, with a primary focus on Twitter followed by LinkedIn and Facebook. Main tasks include drafting a social media plan and calendar for each platform, followed by the creation of copy and visual contents adapted accordingly to each channel. This has led to an increase of 22% of twitter followers and an increase of 1% of engagement rate. App management: I am responsible for managing the app prior, during and post event. The app functions as a niche social media platform where posts are scheduled in the activity feed with the aim of driving app users to engage more frequently among each other. I am also responsible for providing extensive reporting at the end of each event. Website management: I am responsible for the management of our portfolio of websites prior and post event, by creating new content and redesigning where necessary. Community management: I am responsible for assisting the community needs from the various social platforms and websites.
Neomobile is a mobile commerce group, leader in mobile entertainment in 12 countries. I manage PPC campaigns directly for the Andean region countries. I have been fortunate to work in an environment that expanded and improved my previous PPC knowledge and challenged my abilities in managing high budget campaigns. I was solely responsible for managing all marketing activities in Ecuador, and through the management of PPC campaigns and development of digital creativities, I led our user database to increase by 20% in 6 months. Day to day responsibilities included: tracking the user journey, account optimisation, subsequent analysis, forecasting and budgeting. I created high-level reporting, produced on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis.
