Costa Rican Lens-Based Artist based in NYC, whose concept seeks to exalt politicized bodies, promote diversity in beauty, and celebrate ornamented bareness. I have 9+ years expertise in Photography, Art Direction, Visual Media Production and Social Commerce.     • Grew a vintage street market, going from a dozen vendors and 1k IG followers, to +1k vendors and 32k IG followers in 3 years. Went from small quarterly pop-up events, to consistent bimonthly editions including e-commerce • Oversaw the art direction and brand identity for photo, video, graphics, music, and set design. Curated vendors that met eco-conscious, upcycled, and true vintage standards only • Promoted circular economy and gave visibility to women, black, indigenous, elders, children and queer owned businesses • Provided aesthetics and UX guidelines to what became a love-brand and weekend favorite among Costa Ricans. It was noted in 2019 as a top-recommended eco-friendly style scene activity by Brooklyn based Latinx media platform ‘Remezcla’ for visitors in San José • Managed a 20 person multi-disciplinary team carrying operational responsibilities related to talent recruiting, e-commerce development, digital archiving, +2k attendees street market production, vendors outsourcing, audiovisual content for marketing, governmental networking, copywriting & proofreading, CRM, and data architecture
