• Covid testing crew and talent on arrival including ensuring all health declarations are signed by all crew

• Daily clean up before, during and after shoot
• Ensuring shoot runs to schedule
• Organising any extra equipment with studio
• Point of contact for team and updating Producer with progress if they are not on set
• Setting up basecamp for clients and teams for catering
• Communicating with all team on shoot to ensure everyone is being looked after
• Unload equipment and prep base for the day
• Assisting moving equipment, photo assisting, being on hand with products
• Booking talent and clients travel to and from location or studios
• Driver for the client, set up location the for the shoot, being on hand for any client/ team requests
• Looking after talent including A list celebrities, ensuring they are happy and comfortable whilst on set
• Ordering craft shop for crew, talent and clients, making sure craft is always topped up
• Assisting on set for any quick removals or tasks required by team including supporting with lighting

• Checking over digital equipment before and after the delivery to ensure quality control and double checking all items are being transported
