About me
A true leader who is curious, fearless and innovative.
Confident, with a great passion, understanding and vision for the industry.
Having been a key member of Executive Management Teams for over 15 years I have in-depth knowledge and experience of how agencies are structured and run. Agency shape and operational gearing is central to business performance, and I have had direct management responsibility for business-wide budgetary and process efficiency.
My management style is flexible, agile and nimble in approach with a combination of motivation, enablement and support. I have the drive to motivate any team or individual with my infectious enthusiasm through collaborative networks.
I’m fluent in all channels of marketing communication and media.
Commercially driven and an ambassador of culture, I also have an eye for creativity. I’m always looking for new ideas and champion the adoption of new technologies and processes to enhance efficiency, performance and unification through single sites or multiple global networks.
I pride myself on the ability to get the best out of my colleagues and I aim to get people to believe in themselves as I believe in them; through leadership, encouragement, motivation, support, incentives and praise. This enables me to attract and retain the best talent, and to stay in step with the cross-industry shift towards flexible working and the new norm of work-life balance.
I’ve built teams through commercial growth, new start-up teams from scratch as well as restructuring teams to optimise performance and efficiency.
Constantly thriving towards a single truth of operational excellence and intelligence, building businesses for the future.
