  what is my purposeWhat is my purpose is a book which focuses on the mental condition ‘loss of identity’. The book consists of everyday objects that have had their original purpose removed, leaving the viewer with an uncomfortable and uncertain feeling. The cover consists of mainly white space, which further emphasises the feeling of uncertainty or lack of confidence. The cover repeats ‘what is my purpose’ in a barcode format to represent conformity, a side effect of loss of identity.
