Junior Project ManageJustPose™
- London, United KingdomFull Time
Working under the Chief of Operations, as Junior Project Manager, the role included to manage projects from the beginning to the end. This means: daily duties involving preparing hardware and software equipment like cameras, light boxes, photo booths, printers and programs. Ensuring all equipment is in working order, confirming the correct equipment is loaded and any spare parts are loaded onto the company delivery vans. The role also required creative and technical skills such as working closely with the artwork team to make sure that the client’s artwork matched the company’s User Interface Systems for the photo booth software and ensuring that the software is correctly configured to allow a seamless and productive experience for the client and guests. Frequent conversation with the client to ensure the brief is matched for customers satisfaction. As Junior Project Manager I was also overseeing the events until take-down to provide a friendly and professional service on site and be available in case of technical problems for a quick and quiet solution. After event work like proving image quality and reviewing the images and recording data from the events as well as uploading the galleries and contacting the client with regards to this.
In the role it was critical to analyse and de-brief each project to be able to improve the process and research new experiential photographic activations and storage solutions according to current trends. I was able to support the start-up company with my management and photography skills and introduce new ways of capturing images and helped develop a new experimental photography experience called the Time Arc.
