They possess a deep understanding of the creative community and will speak from your own experiences and stories so that others understand the full potential of our products and services. Their role is to foster a learning environment for our customers in the store by connecting their interests to the Apple ecosystem. Activities will be themed according to topics, such as music, photography, art, gaming, and more. By facilitating learning around these topics for internal and external customers, They help everyone understand the possibilities created by Apple technology.

An independent clothing company cofounded by a friend and I.
The company is inspired by creativity & the culture surrounding it and influenced by the social awareness of this generation. The business elements of my degree has provided an essential tool to the development of Cookie Dough Apparel which in turn has given me a matured understanding of business and marketing, and broaden my knowledge of social media, in its application.
Key skills developed and tasks included:
• Maintaining online presence using SEO and Google Analytics.
• Working with Third Party agencies and developers to create and launch www.cookiedoughapparel.com.
• Conducting market research and sending out suitable direct email campaigns based on results and
understanding of target market. Familiar with A/B split testing.
• Using Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver to produce e-mail campaigns and use of systems such as MailChimp.
• Budget management and financial planning.
• Knowledge and experience of CMS to run website and blog.
• Responsible for managing all blog content as well as other social media i.e. Twitter and Facebook.
