About me
Since I graduated in 2010 I have had range of jobs that have given me a broad and variable set of skills and attributes. I have worked in jobs that have developed sales, administrative and service skills and I am now looking to match these with my creative abilities. I have proven myself working under self-motivation or as part of a team, especially under high-pressured circumstances. Thriving in energetic environments I am always eager to develop new working practices and innovative views on the world. Having graduated as an actor I have maintained a creative part of myself as a writer, illustrator and artist. I have undertaken short courses and workshops to help my understanding of the creative process and the importance of its place in our lives. This freelance work has led me to my association with the new immersive events company ‘A Taste of Space’. For them I have repeatedly been involved in the creative development of their projects, most recently their successful commission from ‘Unilever’ for a global brand promotion for Cornetto. I am looking to find a permanent position in a company that values and encourages creative thought so I can use my energy and knowledge to turn innovative ideas into a reality.
Work history
    Creative Associate
     -
I have worked closely with the Artistic Director to add form and structure both creatively and administratively to ideas and help balance the creative development of a piece with it’s marketability and suitability to a given brief. My involvement started with the contribution of early scripts and then evolved to consultation on the practical implications of producing the piece. This included discussion over the team she would need to execute the project, potential budgets and design elements. The most successful of these is the most recent Unilever promotion for Cornetto’s ‘Cupidity’ marketing series which is currently in production and due to be released in the summer of 2015.
    Senior Staff
     -
My primary role in the business was to maintain a working line of communication between the floor staff, customers and the management. This required me to facilitate the training of staff, assess the effectiveness of the working practices and act as a liaison between customers and management to ensure targets and customer satisfaction were both met.
