I'm Andy Turba, a Content Designer & Creative Director with 6-ish years of experience based in the UK... who one day got fed up with the Overground trains being late 80% of the time and decided to start working remotely.

of my experience comes from companies under 20 team members, which is the reason why I'm very hands-on and not scared of any challenge. You are left no choice but to figure out things on your own in such environment!
