    In this role I managed and coordinated a team of four graduates in establishing and running the social media accounts for Polis, LSE's thinktank on AI in journalism. I promoted its projects, researchers and events to grow its digital presence and raise awareness of its ongoing research. I accomplished this by creating a social media marketing plan, producing content, conducting interviews with AI specialists and writing blog posts. I took the lead in strategizing, organising and maintaining an active social media presence, overseeing content production across all platforms and ensuring consistency across all accounts. I organised team meetings to discuss strategy, content ideas and preparation. I reported progress, performance and future planning to senior staff members.
