Providing shop floor and back office support for the management team. Being the first point of contact for staff members to liaise with regarding work and non-related work queries. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring the activities on the shop floor run smoothly i.e. dealing with any customer complaints, ensuring there is cover on the shop floor when breaks needs to be taken etc. complete admin jobs in the back office such as: daily sheets (set up for the day) updating profit figures, answering emails, opening and closing the tills.
