I was part of the design team developing a new beauty booking app for a start-up client. It is a B2B and B2C product that intends to serve the needs of stylists and their customers. We applied the agile product development process. I have been responsible for undertaking competitive analysis, conducting user interviews and surveys, interpreting data, ideating, devising the information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
