Working alongside the Executive Producer to deliver a large scale, logistically challenging two-day event split across three venues, from brief to live in five weeks. Delivered in 15 languages, 300 Guests, 100 press, FB VIPs and over 150 FB staff. Role included: venue search, liaison and contract management; supporting in delivery of RFP; resourcing and managing logistics, design and event management teams; overseeing, coordinating and delegating to logistics, catering, design, print and asset teams; scheduling; staffing; supplier management; negotiating contracts; general project oversight. Anticipating the client’s needs was key to driving this project forward. Other events during the period included Instagram activations and other Facebook event delivery.
