  Social Prescribing Awareness CampaignSocial prescribing is a non clinical way for link workers to offer help and support to patients in a holistic way. It allows primary care providers to target the social and psychological needs of patients through non-drug interventions. The design project being undertaken for this MA will explore how sharing experiences of participants might increase social connections supporting patients to cultivate relationships with each other and increase their support network.
