Management (organizing, leading and full participation) of TTL-campaigns, included: - strategy development, included qualitative and quantitative researches, workshops, brain-storms, competitors’ analyses, interviewing people in the street etc. - creative development (ATL, BTL, digital, events) - campaigns adaptations - preparing presentations - execution control: timings, follow-ups, projects assignment, creative materials delivery according to DLs - external meetings with clients and suppliers: briefings, negotiations, approvals - internal agency meetings: briefings, brain-storms, setting tasks in the agency, project assignment to a team, rehearsals - financial, legal control and coordination - 3 persons under supervision
I graduated State University of Management in Dec 2002 according to specialisation "Manager with a foreign (English) language" and got a diploma of a Specialist. Before that i studied for 1,5 years in Moscow State Technological University "STANKIN', passed all necessary tests belonged to a course but quitted because didn't see a perspective of this specialty for my future. In 2003 i went to Malta to increase the level of my English as i had a professional goal to start working in International advertising agencies such as BBDO, TBWA, Ogylvy, etc.
