• Recruitment –answering calls, arranging interviews, meeting and greeting, creating potted profiles, gathering CVs. • Listing job roles on associated websites – getting more creative with writing and posting these. • Marketing – posting on job boards, partner organisations and emailing database. • Social media – pipelining social media across all platforms – gathering relevant content. • Intern and masterclass admin / induction training reminders / info. • Setting up new interns on relevant Excel spreadsheets. • Using RSS, Hootsuite, WordPress, Canva applications where necessary. • Helping at Masterclass events- Blog post write up for Radio Masterclass at BBC studios: https://creativeaccess.org.uk/news/bbc-radio-theatre-host-inspiring-masterclass-june-2017/
• Helping account teams with research e.g. UK supermarket brand analysis including company values, sourcing, environmental footprint, community work, workplace support. • Media knowledge gained from using Gorkana to identify relevant journalists for Ebay’s retail report and creating media lists. • Researching new business opportunities- sourcing contacts in relevant industries. • Insights into event management- contacting key MPs inviting them to Coca-Cola’s ‘Park Lives in Parliament’ event. This helped increase my confidence and understanding of effective communication when tackling difficult conversations over the phone.
