    Development of full technical specifications of the uniform range including fitting comments and organising and attending fit sessions, records, updates and communicates comments, providing proactive and focused input to ensure development and production processes run smoothly. Adjusts / updates all comments in the technical specs. • Following the complete development process liaising with (and travelling to) factories to follow sampling progress. Effectively communicating with suppliers to ensure all information is clear and followed by the supplier, ensuring an accurate and timely delivery of the development sample • Ensure product is costed correctly and effectively for bulk production, to achieve commercial objectives / price architecture. • Managing the sample development process and manages the studio team of; pattern cutters, sample machinist and the factories, to ensure the correct development and completion of the development samples within the critical path. Works with and maintains close collaboration with design, technical and production teams. • Responsible for creating and updating all information on the range plan and process tracker and achieving deadlines according to the critical path.
