– Accountable for VM standards in retail locations globally, develop this through visits, training and VM report system, supported by sales tracking to inform and support strategy.
– Responsible for all shop fit, pop up, displays and event projects across the brands in both retail and service environments. Managing the creative, technical and installation process sourcing the best materials, props and suppliers to successfully land projects on time and in budget.
– Work closely with product development and wholesale teams to determine the most commercial product assortments, and track sales to inform future updates.
– Present new displays and suggest updates for accounts, to ensure products and the brand are represented in the best way possible consistently across all global accounts considering the best method in different markets.
– Assess competitor behaviour through competitor shops, research and personal interest, and present findings back to the wider business to inform and improve challenging the status quo.
– Own the VM Budget ensuring projects are managed efficiently and effectively to budget. Forecast future VM spends working closely with stakeholders across the business and submit to the CFO.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers globally, and keep strong industry knowledge of materials, costs, manufacturing process and opportunities, always looking to improve speed to market, deliver under budget and achieve the best quality for long term success.
– Train and develop the VM team keeping in mind to consider budget, time, scope and quality to improve standards and push boundaries meeting the businesses needs and objectives.
