Strong Points:
1) Active listening --- there is a biiig difference between to hear and to listen to. Active listening involve hearing, mind-games, asking topic-questions, and summarize all information in your working memory
2) Making Decisions --- ready to take risks, to analyse alternatives, to find optimal solutions and to act ASAP
3) Open minded --- the same actions always will bring us same results. Want something different? Act different. Escape from your box, your comfort zone and act!
4) Smile --- sometimes a smile can bring us better disposition, and if a smile doesn't cost anything, why not to use this powerful army? Laughter is beneficial when the atmosphere is tense. A person who overcomes obstacles with positivism will succeed at work.
5) Pro-activity --- as they say: "дорогу осилит идущий". You never know what will make you fly until you try. To be always implicated in something (may be something small, but of course components of a whole: "Cum se mănăncă un elefant?") is not just a wish, it is a need. Being implicated you train your mind. You motivate yourself. You start feeling the taste of results and you want to reach new highs.
6) Result-focused --- from how many trials the light bulb was discovered? Try to plan actions, calculate results, manage resources. Some actions take time to be achieved. Some actions need another kind of process. But if you know what result you want to reach, nothing can stop you.
