• Managing Finances (raising invoices, looking after payments from clients, communicating with the accounting team and factoring company, keeping track of expenditures etc...)
• Managing the Distribution Network (national & international shipping responsibilities, specifically for Italian clothing brand 120% Lino and Spanish swimwear brand PQ)
• Wholesaling Supervisor (raising order confirmations, liaising with warehouse and logistics teams, requesting PO numbers, following deliveries to end, assisting buyers during appointments, managing orders & finalising sales)
• Primary point of contact for clients & overall distribution (leasing with clients through emails and calls, gathering new contacts, maintaining relationships with existing clients)
