I joined Cirkle as an AE and quickly proved my value, being promoted twice during a twelve month period. My focus was on food and alcohol brands, although not exclusively, and my clients included brands such as Freixenet - one of the world’s leading sparkling wine producers; Premier Foods (Mr. Kipling, Loyd Grossman etc.); Cheestrings; Hovis; ASK Italian and Energizer. I worked in a fully-integrated capacity working alongside all marketing disciplines from advertising, social, shopper and experiential. Moments of note include: Creating global toolkits for Freixenet for all online activations across over 30 countries Creating long-standing brand tie ups for clients for example Freixenet and Funkin’ Cocktails including joint sampling at festivals and influencer events Assisting in securing reach of 100million+ for Mr Kipling’s edible billboard campaign Managing the Cheestrings ‘Brave Bones Club’ campaign with a reach of over 300million Revolutionising creative processes, including showreels and coverage presentations Managing Cirkle’s largest fee income account for four months whilst I was an SAE, taking on huge responsibilities whilst there was no AM or AD available to step in Maintaining inter-agency relationships Working on multiple new business pitches alongside the MD and Directors Winning employee of the month with the most votes Cirkle has ever known
After a successful six week internship with The World of Interiors (circ. October 2012), I was asked by the Editor, Rupert Thomas, to freelance at the magazine. My main responsibilities included arranging photo shoots and handling all press agent communications for the entire editorial team. Moments of note include: Working alongside major agencies such as Halpern, Purple PR, APR and in-house teams at companies such as Ralph Lauren Managing seven photographic shoots across the entire department and making arrangements with over 50 press officers at any one time
