About me

I am a Finnish-born Womenswear Designer based in London. I have extensive experience within branded Womenswear markets designing and developing multi-product, lingerie & swim, print and embroidery collections. I have worked for brands such as Les Chiffoniers, Rebson, Boudicca, A.F Vandevorst, Veronique Branquinho, Agent Provocateur. Previously and studied Womenswear Design at Aalto University, Ravensbourne College & Central Saint Martins. I have hands-on experience of the design and development process from the initial concept to the finished product including production and technical development and team building.   Emilia MalaFirst RTW collection I made for my own brand Emilia Mala. The collection combines RTW, Swimwear and Print and explores the space between beach and city. I did all design of clothes and print, pattern cutting and planned and executed the shoot in Greece.
