Key Responsibilities:
• Delegate work to staff and manage their workload & output and ensuring all employees are doing their job correctly & on time
• Oversee the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction
• Partaking in meetings with director and providing any insight as to how client services and administration processes can be improved
• Organizing office operations and procedures
• Producing invoices/credit notes for sold/returned items
• Processing payments received
• Providing support to the logistics of the business and liaising with any external couriers to ensure timely delivery/pick up of items
• Stock control
• Ensuring the accurate entry of records into internal systems and investigating any discrepancies to ensure an accurate database
• Responding to customer enquiries and complaints received over various mediums such as phone, email and fax and processing all communication in line with service levels set
• Controlling correspondence
