Having an undergraduate degree in English Literature and being on a master's course in Creative Writing, I have a skill and passion for writing and close reading. I can work to meet deadlines and complete tasks to a high standard, paying close attention to detail. I also have years of practice in proofreading and editing.

I answered customer queries over the phone and via-email, being the main point of communication between customers and the company. I investigated issues in the software, reported by customers, and fed these back to a development team. I worked closely with the other members of the support team and would also assist other departments, such as customer success and sales, with product queries. I worked with software such as Zendesk, OpenOffice, and Bria. As Vend is a point of sales and inventory management app, I learned a lot about the world of retail and how retail businesses are run, both in terms of front and back end operations.
