About me
I have a cheerful ‘can do’ attitude. I am a rapid learner and excel in a fast-paced and demanding environment. I am adaptable and able to quickly change approach and direction depending on the desired outcome. I am a team player with exceptional personal skills and a solution-oriented attitude. One of my strongest skills is my ability to communicate and build rapport with people of differing levels and expertise. I love people and work best when collaborating: within my own team with clients or across a wider organization. I am a creative thinker with strong problem solving and analytical skills. I have a keen eye for detail and a great sense of aesthetic and narrative direction. I’m able to take a complex and broad workload and break it down into actionable tasks in order to ensure delivery of the final objective. I have a diverse skill set and can pick up design and copy related tasks as well as act as a gatekeeper to ensure high standards are met.
I came to the BBC on a pilot graduation-scheme within Global Operations and Technology. I developed my abilities within project and process management, business analysis, key stakeholder management as well as broadcast and supply chain principles. My skill set has since built on that foundation to specialise in delivery of branded content and digital content, particularly within the News sector. Most recently my work at Google continued with project management but focused on the end-to-end program and process redesign for our team. I am seeking a challenging role in a creative, content focused environment where I will be able to further expand my knowledge and experience.

Achievements
• Delivered 14 projects over 8 months, ranging from 250k-1mil per project.
• Designed and implemented internal tracking tools against projects and as a result was able to provide metrics and project audits for the first time in the program.
• Wrote code to automate many manual processes reducing error and freeing up time to allow for strategic planning and program improvements.
• Collated documents and created an internal site to hold key team resources and best practice guides for public speaking events, assisting team efficiency and creating a source of truth
