I provided each Member with individual service and remembered their requirements and preferences for future visits. • Answering telephone and email enquiries in an appropriate manner and providing outstanding customer service. • Checking guests in and out of accommodation. Ensuring each guest’s travel needs were met and offered exclusive meal options if required. • Working flexibly to help other areas of the estate such as working in the restaurant, covering other receptionists and supporting with administration where needed. • Compiling daily information and figures onto spreadsheets and documents to be sent to higher management at the end of the day. • Completing admin work for the Membership and Restaurant teams which aided the running of The Club, including sending documents to new Members and inputting their details into the system. • Assisting with events for Members when required. This involved researching and locating items needed, setting up and welcoming guests.
