  • NAK is an independent ICT consultancy and services business specialising in providing People, Process & Technology. We enable our clients to achieve their ICT goals by delivering technical resourcing, process improvement and managed technology services. I work primarily within the Data and Technology areas of the business and reports directly to the Service Director. I am responsible for managing the on-going delivery of existing services as well as the provision of new services. I assist with proposal writing, reporting, project delivery and IT service management activities. I also worked within Finance team, I am responsible for purchasing, resourcing, staff travel, and accommodation. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Dealing with day-to-day customer enquiries, I respond and log request tickets within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Preparing all management reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis and as required to show the growing stats of calls, tickets and time spent on tickets. Training new staff, managing the staff Rota - recording holidays, sickness and ensuring hours are covered. Supporting the Head of Managed Service in achieving his objectives as and when needed. Responsible for building and maintaining working relationships with customers and partners/suppliers this was done via emails or phone calls. Supporting proposal creations, project delivery and IT Service Management activities. Monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
