Hello! I’m currently looking at opportunities requiring a strong, employee communications and engagement focus from mid January 2023.
I enjoy the challenge of making the complex easy, supporting key stakeholders, and working alongside senior leaders, on the important day-to-day news and informational messages. Together with organisational changes around people, culture, digital transformation programmes, special projects, engagement activities, and BIG, troop rallying and thank you(!) events.
I’m a bit obsessed about the importance of giving people what they need to do a great job. Making sure that they really ‘get it’. How they fit, working in tandem with other areas of the business, and the value of their contributions. Feeling super proud of themselves and in their organisation. Most of all, I love rolling up my sleeves to make carefully considered plans land and continue to embed...with feeling!
