• Creation of official in store documents for the use of training, HR and internal communications. • Creation and development of financial reports for the Ralph Lauren European financial and sales teams. • Assisting with the development of innovative in store systems, and training sessions to improve the working life of colleagues and the brand experience for customers. • Representing Ralph Lauren at in store private events such as the Closing of Wimbledon, and Tatler’s ‘Little Black Book Party’ styling sessions. • Frequently assisting with the technical problems, and being a primary source for IT help within the store. • Assisting with cash office duties, including reports, banking and cash handling in large amounts. • Replenishment of the shop floor, Stock room upkeep, processing of deliveries and transfers. • Assisting with asset protection team to keep track of products and discrepancies - using Sysblon and GUI programmes. • Clienteling; collecting contact details from customers and then liaising with them regularly, forming a relationship with these customers, inviting to see our new collections with a personal shopping session.

-Sales; reaching/overachieving individual and team targets. Contributing to the daily, weekly, monthly and overall yearly budgets and targets. - Clientelling; collecting contact details from customers and then liaising with them regularly, inviting to see our new collections with a personal styling session. - Replenishment of the shop floor, Stock room upkeep, processing of deliveries and transfers. - Styling - booked appointments with clients or with people who are new to the brand and/or looking for inspiration and to expand their wardrobes for events, or in general. - Reports - Compiling information for reports on the days trade and customers for reads throughout the day and for a large detailed report at the end of every day. Also for a more detailed report at the end of each week to give an overview to our trade and to set targets for the following week. -Walk throughs - taking mangers and personnel from head office (London and sometimes New York) through our shop floor explaining the trade generated in each zone, what pieces are doing well and why I believe so. Showing pieces that i personally like and also those i dislike and why, giving suggestions based on customer feedback as to what could be improved. - Conference calls - partaking in conference calls with our offices in London and New York, and our other stores in London. Discussing transfers and any problems we are currently having in terms of stock and back-office. -Visual Merchandising - changing the shop floor for different collections and mannequin looks.
Receception - Customer relations, establish a good rapport with customers (before, during and after their stay), making hotel reservations, processing payments (of both small and large amounts), sorting post, checking customers into and out of the hotel. Arranging paperwork for both customers and staff, administration. Preparing data for forecasting. Duty Manager (trainee) - Organising and allocating staff members responsibilities for each shift, being the primary point of contact for customers during afternoon and evening dining services. Cashing up and preparing the cash floats for each shift.
