Annie Harmeston, 23, is a London-based Photographer and Director. She studied at Goldsmiths and London College of Fashion, completing a BA in Media and Communication and MA in Fashion Media Production.
Working with both moving and still image, with vibrant colours and playful narratives - her work explores feminine beauty ideals, bodily fluids and consumerism, illuminating taboo themes and society's obsession with self-optimization.

- Quick FixA short, but but oh-so-sweet story of a user's journey on the way to ultimate self- optimization. Quick Fix is a fashion film which reveals the narrative strategies and existing issues of femvertising in the form of parody. Illuminating themes of consumerism, beauty and feminism, this playful short, with its abundance of ridiculous products and vibrant colours, satirically questions the notion of self-care online.
