    Between 2008 and 2017 I worked as a Personal Assistant providing full PA and administrative support to Directors in a variety of areas within Lloyds Banking Group - i.e. within Digital Banking where I assisted with projects working with Web Designers, testing web journeys, the Tech & Innovations team, on biometric control and accessing online data through to the modelling and analytics team. PA Duties included diary and inbox management, the co-ordination of meetings - face to face, via video conference and Webex, training sessions, departmental and business events, Town Halls, managing senior Management teams, conducting all HR processes, including the on-boarding and off-boarding of staff. All travel arrangements including accommodation and visas where required. Expenses, raising Purchase Orders, collaborating with IT and Facilities teams for internal moves and the supervision of a team of junior PA's and Graduates.
