- Led the UX of the next funding round’s key milestone: to develop the environment that would support a startup to complete a fundraise through the platform.
- Participated in research activities to gather insights and help the management understand the characteristics of the target audience, as well as the landscape of private market investing.
- Collaborated with stakeholders from different disciplines to understand technicalities and regulatory requirements in order to determine the specifications of the platform.
- Designed end-to-end flows for different user types (fundraiser, investor, back-office team, etc.) to align the team and identify service requirements.
- Designed the interface for the fundraising part of the platform, ensuring that it seamlessly integrates with the existing solution.
- Supported the development of the experience, ensuring that it aligned with our milestone goals.

Led the UX thinking of a large-scale cross-platform design system to support an ecosystem of Jio products, partners and community members.

Participated in the design of a mobile-first CRM platform that would allow 2,000+ customer care agents support their customers remotely during the pandemic.

Led the experience design of the De Beers website across several sprints with an aim to evaluate and refine parts that underperformed and introduce new campaigns or seasonal events.

- Collaborated with the client’s creative team and business stakeholders in order to conceptualise and design a cross-device video and audio streaming platform.
- Contributed in defining the online strategy of the RTL+ service, with an ambition to become the leading streaming provider in Europe.
- Conducted user research and participated in design sprints in order to design a cross-device ecosystem experience made of films, tv, music, audiobooks and podcasts.
- Provided consultation about how to create a smart and evolving recommendation engine for RTL+, and how to overcome the chicken-or-egg challenge of a new product.
