The main job description included customer services, dealing and solving queries over the phone. Placing orders, tracking order as well as communicating with third parties, to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and at the correct destination. Also, we also had to use different software and multi task between them, whilst speaking to customers. This advanced my character by developing me to become well-rounded.
• Creating a daily report for Concorde and Expert in which i get all the information by using SAP.
Providing administrative support to the contract and warehouse running of Excel reports ,system data etc.
Providing administrative support to the warehouse with picking and dispatching orders, customer collections and network orders.
