PR Account Executive
• Account management and PR support across an array of clients in the property, construction, medical and entertainment industries.
• Worked towards monthly KPIs of coverage for each client in form of pitching and creating relationships with journalists from national, trade and local print as well as digital media and broadcasting. Provide client facing clippings once coverage is achieved.
• Create and update press-lists via the platform of Gorkana and RoxHill.
• Attend industry learning events to further knowledge and relationships across the-board.
• Regularly creating press releases, editorials and social media copy.
• Research and supply findings to Earned team of industry intel relevant for our clients as well as potential new business.
• Be point of contact for the agency on community management for clients across their social media platforms. Specific industries of these clients included luxury property, housing associations, interiors, construction and food.
• Create, and support creation of social media content plans for clients including the responses for crisis comms. This involved monitoring and responding to all communication in a crisis via social media.
• Research into new clients and their competitors social media landscape and create strategies for the said new clients social media moving forward.
