Creative Content ManagerUltimate Artists
London, United KingdomFreelance
Ultimate Artists is an artist development program in which current industry professionals including industry vocal coaches (Little Mix, JP Cooper, Rita Ora, Ray BLK) Grammy award winning producers/songwriters (Rhianna, Sia, Emelie Sande), West End performance mentors (Hamilton, Motown, Wicked) work with aspiring and established artists in the modules of singing, song writing, performance and music production. The extended team work to help artists realise their full artistic potential, their artistic identity/fingerprint by giving them the tools they need to tap into their talent and the belief that they are capable of more than they thought possible during a 10 day fully immersive/residential creative melting pot.
My role is varied involving creative direction, graphic design, brand establishment, social media, talent scouting, scholarship awarding and general business strategising leading up to the annual UA master class.
As I am also a singer-songwriter, I support the mentors in song-writing sessions and also provide the students with key advice on unique and creative brand establishment.
When the master class is live my main focus is capturing content for the execution of our social media strategy
*designing graphics *video editing *photography *devising creative and engaging captions *composing interview questions for mentors and guest speakers that will generate the best responses that will in turn form the marketing material and endorsement required for the business going forward
*conducting content audit reviews and competitor content reviews to identify opportunities and weaknesses in existing content *delivering regular reporting, insight and analysis
*community management and engagement reflective of company ethos
*monitoring and incorporating new digital marketing trends
The true beauty of this role is that I can give some of the students incredible live performance opportunities alongside my role as live music curator for London venues, festivals and corporate events, eg; I was in the position to give one artist a support slot with Louisa Johnson and arranged an EP launch party/venue for another student using one of my venues.

Live Entertainment MangerD&D
- London, United KingdomFull Time
I was head hunted by this company to program, co-ordinate, co-market and run the live entertainment events for 100 Wardour Street, Madison Rooftop, Quaglino’s & The Avenue - to include cover bands, DJ's, comedy, cabaret, emerging artists and breakthrough artists.
In the short space of time I worked there I ran successful events with such headlines as Gabrielle Aplin, Naturally 7, Louisa Johnson, Rudimental, Heather Small, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Paul Young, Gwen Dickie, George McRae (Quaglino’s) including specialty/burlesque/drag/circus acts, celeb DJ’s, themed events and exceptional cover and tribute bands for 4 venues 7 days a week.
I consider my greatest achievements to be introducing a format that turned 100 Wardour St into a concert venue, and also introducing the “Monday Marquee” nights to showcase London’s emerging talent whilst giving a respectful nod to the heritage of 100 Wardour Street - The Marquee Club.
Under the “Monday Marquee” umbrella, I worked with emerging talent agencies such as The Unsigned Music Awards, Talentbanq & Eight Ray Music to showcase their talent roster, along with sourcing and programming my own line-ups of London’s emerging talent each Monday.
I was also responsible for the ticketing and marketing of my events, creating ticketing contracts (Ticketweb) and ticket links, monitoring these to ensure each platform is maximised (content & exposure via the platform) and monitoring ticket sales to reach targets whilst keeping within strict budgets.
