Day-to-day tasks include
Processing returns and send-outs using Fashion GPS
Scanning press coverage for clients and distributing them to the relevant account managers
Organising and merchandising the showroom
Manning reception and answering the phones
Meeting and greeting clients and bloggers upon arrival at the office
Organising the daily post and liaising with courier services needed
Creating original social media content across multiple platforms for various clients
Sourcing images for clients social media
Assisting the social team in creating engaging content across different platforms, for an array of clients, ensuring each post reflected the brand’s individual tone and voice
Planning social content and scheduling it using Buffer
Writing a number of blog posts for client's websites, reflecting their tone
Using a DSLR to take stylish images, such as product flat-lays, for brand’s social media accounts
Editorial Intern

During my week at Closer as an editorial intern I worked closely with Editorial Assistant Neeru Sharma. My daily duties included distributing the post and newspapers around the office, as well as general admin tasks. I was tasked with researching and writing some small articles for the magazine. I also assisted the online and features teams with research and writing. I was generally responsible for assisting the editors in any way possible.
