About me

After completing my IB at the inter-community school in Zurich, Switzerland I went to LA to do a short course in acting at the NYFA branch there. I moved to San Francisco in 2013 to attend the Academy Of Art University for Fine Art, however, I soon found myself drawn to video making and live editing, in particular using Modul8 for VJing at various clubs and festivals as an apprentice at All Of It Now Visuals. Unfortunately being 19 and working in nightlife made me neglect my Uni work and I soon realized painting and the fine arts were not going to be the right path for me. I moved to Berlin, Germany, where I was a junior creative at ATOM creative agency and later an intern and at Amsterdam Berlin where I had the chance to work closely with senior creatives and directors on a wide range of projects that I found to be very stimulating and managed to learn about the inner workings of creative agencies from ideation to delivery and everything in between. While at Amsterdam Berlin I was also able to experiment with writing and get an interview published for their online series 'The Berlinians' focusing on local talent. After Berlin I moved back to the city I grew up in, Milan, Italy and decided to complete a one year intensive course in Fashion Business at Istituto Marangoni. This gave me a comprehensive understanding of the fashion business, I realized I am much more drawn to working for an agency that encompasses many industries, I have a lot of interests that range from music to fashion and art and I would not want to limit myself to focusing on only one. For this reason I started freelancing in content and video editing and am currently a Graduate Diploma student in art & design for communication at the Royal College of Art. The course is amazing and I am learning a huge range of new skills that can be applied almost anywhere. Once this course is finished I hope to get into the MA course but am also open to part time or freelance remote employment.
