As the Operations Assistant at BM Connect Limited, I work as part of a dynamic team that offers a range of accountancy services to a wide variety of clients. My job varies on a day to day basis so being flexible and having the ability and patience to adapt to any situation is imperative. I spend a lot of time in contact with clients and internal colleagues, assisting with issues that may arise on a daily basis, in addition to my main roles -
• Complete On-Boarding and engagement with new and prospective clients.
• Completion of Anti-Money Laundering checks and legal compliance.
• Assisting clients with day to day queries in regards to requests for information.
• Completion and understanding of RES1, EIS applications.
• Maintainance, use of, and training on internal systems including, Xero, WorkFlowMax, Virtual Cabinet & Practice Ignition.
• Collation of internal client data for use in compiling Statutory Accounts.
• Administration and client liaison during the implementation of Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (CJRS)

As an assistant sommelier at Folie, I would be responsible for up to 15 tables at a time. A strong ability to multitask is essential as well as being able to communicate openly with customers in order to create the best experience possible.
• Helping in all aspects of service to help create the best experience possible for all guests
