-Management delivery of a variety of projects including web development, content management and migration, digital media and design.
-Manage team resources and schedule on a weekly basis, review the team’s resource requirements and needs and identify potential issues that may impact project progression and budgets.
-Manage project schedules and budgets, produce project documentation including estimates and statement of work documents.
-Work with a large team of editors, designers and developers as well as third party partners and agencies taking part in the project delivery process.
