Ever since I was little, my head has been full of stories. At age 13 it even led me to share poems and short novels online. Centred around my fascination for the intricacy of human emotions, they attracted more than 1,000 readers in a few months. I enjoyed painting powerful scenes alike the ones I observed at the art galleries on Sundays. So, when came time to face the high-school career counsellor, I already aspired to merge those chronicles into my career.
Yet, I was unsure what that would entail, and thus decided to continue studying Business with a Bachelor in Economics & Management at Dauphine London. I figured it would help me to better my understanding of the world, and in return lead me to find my place in it. I was not mistaken, as it is during my final-year-exchange at the Rotterdam School of Management that my involvement in the sustainability and personal development sphere naturally blended with my communication and marketing knowledge. Thanks to projects such as a consultancy report on how to better Uber’s internal communication regarding women and a Transmedia pitch to a sustainable swimwear brand, I realised I hoped to make us reconsider our current lifestyles.
A year later, I am strengthening my skillset in a Masters in Corporate Communication, Marketing & PR, in order to keep giving a powerful voice to positive and sustainable initiatives. So that one day your child can discover blue whales, my parents will not have to see their house flooded, and I can reverse the irreversible.
