Enthusiastic qualified lawyer member of the Quebec Bar (2017) with a Master’s Degree in Arts Management and Administration from renowned business faculty SDA Bocconi. Searching for a NQ role in Entertainment Law. Strong experience in the commercial and legal aspects of the creative industries with a keen interest for live entertainment and events. I am driven and have lived and worked internationally for the past three years in order to achieve my career goals (Milan, Paris and London). ▪ Working generally on legal advisory work related to large film and TV production and financing transactions based in the UK and across multiple jurisdictions (including large US studio transactions and international co-productions)
▪ Drafting and reviewing agreements related to development, finance and production (based on precedent and free drafting) including cast and crew agreements, talent deals, location agreements, multi-financing agreements, investment and loan agreements, development funding agreements, composer agreements, production services agreements, post-production agreements and tax credit documents
