I am an enthusiastic, hard-working, and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, seeking a remote opportunity within the Digital Marketing and Social Media space (any industries that are linked).
I have built a small client base since April 2022, for whom I create content, as it's my hobby and I love it. However, I am keen to build and progress my career in this industry further by working for a company which will allow me to expand my knowledge and skills.
My educational and work experience show that I work well under pressure whilst demonstrating awareness, flexibility, patience, and perseverance. I am intelligent, adaptable, results-driven and a creative thinker. I accommodate the needs of customers to maintain continuity and brand integrity.
- I have a degree in Graphic Design which I graduate from in 2012. However, my paths lead me into various roles, ending with recruitment and sales.
- I went from a career in Sales to Network Marketing in 2019, which lead me to the online world of Social Media; and back to being my creative self again allowing me to design.
- I have a an ever-growing passion for digital / social media marketing, and would love the opportunity to apply all of my skills to a role within this industry. I am very keen on learning the ins and outs, allowing me to fill in my knowledge gaps.

The concept of Social Retail revolves around a simple idea: rewarding people for what they already do, and sharing products and experiences that they love. This is a retail brand which incentivises social sharing with cash and the power of people.
My responsibilities have been to build a network of clients through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, in order to build relationships and find out what their specific needs are, and so to offer the right product for each client.
I have focused on attraction marketing in order to build relationships and make sales, with a primary interest in building my customer base; paying particular attention to customer care and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

- Taking discovery calls to learn about a prospective client's goals, values and pain points: information that can help determine whether our service is a good fit for them, and whether the client is a good fit for us.
- Leading onboarding calls for new clients: connecting their Social Media platforms to our Software.
